Packages
Venom Detailing offers a variety of detailing services for different vehicle types. Service packages and prices may change at Venom Detailing’s discretion, and all updates will be reflected on www.venomdetailing.com.
 
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service. Venom Detailing accepts cash, debit, and credit cards. If a card is declined, we will ask the customer to provide an alternative payment method. Failure to provide payment within 48 hours may result in collection procedures.
 
Booking Terms & Conditions

• Clients must remove all personal belongings, money, and valuables from their vehicle prior to detailing. Venom Detailing is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items or vehicles during service.

• Vehicles must be serviced in a safe, legal location. Please communicate any concerns to your detailing specialist.

• All detailing services are performed at the customer’s risk. Any damage claims related to cleaning or detailing are limited to the cost of the service provided.

• Venom Detailing may secure bookings by collecting debit/credit card details through our booking system.

• We reserve the right to alter or reschedule appointments due to staffing, weather, or equipment issues.

• Services outside the agreed booking scope may be charged at $50/hour (or pro-rated).

• A minimum 20% surcharge applies for jobs involving urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.

 
Late Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a $40 fee to compensate our technicians. This applies to all standard detailing services.
 
Satisfaction Policy
If a service is not completed as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor workmanship, Venom Detailing will, at our cost, redo the unsatisfactory portion free of charge. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion via phone at (289) 821-2111 or email at sales@venomdetailing.com. Photos of the area in question must be included.
 
Appointment Times
Technicians may arrive late due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances. Please allow a 30–90 minute window for arrival. Venom Detailing will make every effort to communicate delays.
 
SMS Messaging Policy

• Clients may unsubscribe from SMS notifications at any time by texting “STOP.” Confirmation will be sent via SMS.

• For assistance, reply with “HELP” or contact support@venomdetailing.com.

• Message and data rates may apply. Carrier delays or delivery issues are not Venom Detailing’s responsibility.

• Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes, except as necessary for customer service support.

 
Coupon & Referral Policy
Venom Detailing may offer referral programs and promotional credits. To qualify:

• The referred customer must be new to Venom Detailing and use the referral link provided.

• Self-referrals, referrals of existing customers, spam, or fraudulent activity are prohibited.

• Venom Detailing reserves the right to cancel or adjust credits at any time for violations.
